FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

BridgeOps is an operations partner.

We design, implement, and enforce the systems that keep execution moving—so the business doesn’t rely on the owner to function day to day.

Our focus is not tasks.

Our focus is how work flows, who owns it, and whether it actually gets done.

No.

BridgeOps is not a general VA agency and does not offer unlimited or open-ended task support.

However, every client is assigned a dedicated operator whose role is to:

  • Enforce workflows
  • Support execution within scope
  • Manage operational follow-through
  • Assist with system-related day-to-day needs

This operator is trained, experienced, and selected based on your engagement requirements.

We don’t assign “extra hands.”

We assign operators who uphold the system.

You will work with:

  • BridgeOps (for system design, structure, and enforcement), and
  • A dedicated operator assigned to your account

If needed, you may also add specialist execution lanes.

BridgeOps Core is the foundation of every engagement and includes:

  • Operational discovery and diagnosis
  • Workflow and system design
  • Lead management and CRM management
  • SOPs built for daily execution
  • Platform setup and routing
  • Enforcement, reporting, and structured handoff
  • A dedicated operator to support and enforce execution

BridgeOps Core ensures execution continues even when the owner steps back.

Yes.

BridgeOps is tools-agnostic, but not passive.

We:

  • Work within your existing tools whenever possible
  • Recommend platforms, systems, or improvements when they better support execution

All recommendations are made to reduce friction, improve visibility, and support scale—not to sell software.

Ad-hoc support is limited operational support included in BridgeOps Core to stabilize execution as real-world issues arise.

This may include:

  • Inbox management related to active workflows
  • Calendar management tied to delivery
  • Minor workflow clarifications or adjustments
  • Troubleshooting execution breakdowns

Ad-hoc support exists to protect execution, not to expand scope indefinitely.

Ad-hoc support does not include:

  • Net-new systems or major rebuilds
  • Specialist or technical execution work
  • Creative production or unlimited task execution
  • Work unrelated to the agreed operational framework

Anything outside scope is reviewed and, if appropriate, added as an execution lane.

Execution lanes are specialist, technical services layered on top of BridgeOps Core when needed.

They are identified during discovery and scoped separately.

Current execution lanes include:

Transaction Coordination

End-to-end coordination of timelines, documents, and stakeholders.

No licensed real-estate activities unless explicitly permitted and compliant.

Project Management

Planning, tracking, and enforcement of multi-step internal or client-facing projects.

Marketing & Creatives

Operational management of marketing execution—timelines, assets, coordination, and delivery.

Creative strategy may be supported, but final direction always remains with the owner.

Yes.

BridgeOps can support outbound and inbound calling as part of operational execution, including:

  • Lead follow-ups
  • Appointment setting
  • Status and coordination calls

Important: BridgeOps does not perform licensed real-estate activities such as negotiation or representation.

All calling support is non-licensed and compliance-safe, with boundaries defined during discovery.

BridgeOps Core

BridgeOps Core is a monthly engagement.

Final pricing depends on:

  • Operational complexity
  • Number of active workflows
  • Volume of leads or transactions
  • Level of enforcement required

Pricing is finalized after discovery.

Execution Lanes

Execution lanes are priced separately based on scope and intensity.

They may be:

  • Monthly
  • Project-based
  • Milestone-based

You only add execution lanes when they meaningfully improve execution.

Yes.

BridgeOps will recommend execution lanes based on discovery, but the final decision is always yours.

The goal is to add support only where it creates leverage.

BridgeOps begins with a structured engagement to build and enforce your operational backbone.

Ongoing support depends on:

  • Execution needs
  • Volume
  • Added execution lanes

There is no forced long-term lock-in.

Enforcement is part of the engagement.

We don’t just build systems—we:

  • Monitor execution
  • Address breakdowns
  • Clarify ownership
  • Escalate when necessary

If something isn’t working, we fix the system or recommend changes.

BridgeOps is not a fit if:

  • You want a general VA to “do everything”
  • You expect unlimited, unstructured support
  • You want full creative ownership delegated away
  • You are still experimenting without structure

The first step is a discovery call.

We use it to:

  • Understand how your business operates
  • Identify execution gaps
  • Confirm fit and scope

If aligned, we’ll recommend a clear engagement.
